Who we are

Moo2ri is a brand, marketing and digital studio working between Nairobi, Kenya and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Moo2ri is a trading name of Sankara Media Productions LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here.

This policy covers the website at moo2ri.com. Our internal workspace at os.moo2ri.com is used only by our own team and is covered by its own policy.

What you send us

There are two forms on this site, and both work the same way.

• The contact form asks for your name, email address, business, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. Your name, email and message are required; the rest are optional.
• The newsletter sign-up asks for your email address, and nothing else.

In both cases the details are sent to us as an email, through the email delivery service Resend, and arrive in our info@moo2ri.com inbox. They are not saved to a database, added to an advertising audience, or passed to anyone else. Your email address is set as the reply address so that we can write back to you directly.

We use what you send us to answer you, to discuss working together, and — if you signed up for the newsletter — to send you occasional writing about brand and growth. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Booking a call

The “book a strategy call” buttons are ordinary links that take you to Calendly, a separate scheduling company. We do not embed Calendly in this site, so nothing of theirs runs here or watches you while you browse. If you book a call, you give your details to Calendly on their own site and under their privacy policy, and we receive the booking.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details needed to deliver a page and to keep the site secure and available, including IP addresses in its server logs. We do not use those logs to build a picture of individual visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party embeds. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting information

Because enquiries arrive as email, they stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and in our business records where a project follows. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record of a transaction.

Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. We limit the length of what a form accepts and escape the contents before it reaches us, so that a submission cannot be used to attack our systems. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not collect what we do not need, which is the most reliable protection there is.

Your rights

If you are in Kenya, the Data Protection Act 2019 gives you the right to be told how your personal data is used, to see it, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, and to ask for it to be deleted. Comparable rights apply in other places we work, including for visitors in the United States and Europe.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
